Important Information for Our Guests

To ensure a pleasant stay, please observe the following rules:

👥 1. Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are permitted to use the accommodation.

🪑 2. Care of Furniture and Equipment Please handle all furniture, furnishings, and equipment with care.

⚡3. Electric Vehicles There is no charging station on site. Please do not charge your vehicle at the accommodation.

🚭 4. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the entire building. Open flames (candles, grills, fires) are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors – please use weatherproof ashtrays.

🛡️ 5. Liability We assume no liability for injuries, losses, or damages to persons, property, or vehicles. Guests are responsible for their own valuables.

🐾 6. Pets Dogs and cats up to 25 kg / 55 cm shoulder height are allowed (until further notice). Owners are liable for any damages and must clean up after their pets immediately. In case of non-compliance: a minimum fee of CHF 100.– applies. Large dogs and fighting breeds are not permitted.

🗑️ 7. Waste Disposal Please follow the legal regulations for waste separation. Do not throw any objects into the toilet that could damage the sewage system.

🔒 8. Safety Do not tamper with fire alarm or safety systems. Emergency contacts, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors are clearly marked. Vandalism or misuse will result in legal and financial consequences.

🔑 9. Keys Please handle the keys carefully. In case of loss or damage, the guest is liable for replacement or repair costs.

🚪 10. Private Areas Only areas designated for guests may be used.

🎿 11. Sports Equipment Please do not store sports equipment inside the apartment – designated areas are available for this purpose.

🛏️ 12. Occupancy A maximum of 4 people may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays of visitors are only permitted with prior agreement.

🪞 13. Furnishings Removing furniture or decorative items from the apartment is not permitted.

🤫 14. Quiet Hours Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Noise levels must not exceed 60 dB(A).
